How long does a typical repair take?
Most common repairs screens, batteries, software issues are done same-day or within 24 hours. Board-level repairs and data recovery can take 27 days. We'll give you a clear timeline once we've diagnosed the issue.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes, bring your device in (or use our free pickup service), and we will diagnose the problem at no charge. If you decide not to repair the device after the diagnosis, a fee of $20$30 will apply, depending on the issue.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Every repair comes with a 30 - 90-day service warranty covering both parts and labour.
How does free pickup & delivery work?
Call or WhatsApp us at 8011 8150 with your address. We'll arrange a free pickup anywhere in Singapore, diagnose, send you a quote, and deliver back once approved and repaired.
Can you repair water-damaged laptops?
Yes but speed matters. Power off the device immediately, don't try to switch it on, and bring it to us as soon as possible. We do component-level cleaning and replacement to maximise the chance of full recovery.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. We never access personal files unless required for the repair, and we sign NDAs for sensitive recoveries. Your privacy is part of the service.
Do you do corporate / AMC support?
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts for SMEs with priority response, on-site visits and fixed monthly billing. Ask us for a tailored quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PayNow & bank transfer. Invoicing available for corporate accounts.
